• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11bed reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, 11bed's decision is final.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Transparency in financial transactions is a core principle at 11bed. Key details are outlined below:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit is ৳500.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally instant, though bank transfers may take a little longer.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–6 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Unusually large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

6Bonuses & Promotions

• Depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward the support team or other users.

8Account Closure & Suspension

11bed reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request — self-exclusion can be requested at any time.

Any balance remaining at the time of closure (if legitimate) will be refunded within seven business days. However, funds forfeited due to a terms violation will not be returned.

To close your account, contact our support team by email. You can also use the self-exclusion option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.

9Responsible Betting

Responsible betting at 11bed is more than a policy — it's part of who we are. We want betting to add enjoyment to your life, not problems.

• You can set weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account.
• You can take a betting break for a set period of time.
